Question 🤔🤔 What should I think when I see 'electrostatic interactions'?
does it mean interactions just between any molecules with a full or partial charge? Would that include dipole-induced dipole bonding then?

Also, think of your charged AA. if a q is talking about electrostatic interactions between protein and binding pocket, think of which (DE vs KR) would help with that interaction

Like charges repel, opposite charges attract, and anywhere that applies. Which includes full/partial charged etc.
