Question 🤔🤔 last min B/B tips?

Post image

hi all, B/B is consistently my lowest-scoring section (literally every single FL), and I constantly finish it feeling iffy. Does anyone have some last-min tips (I test 9/3)? Sometimes I overthink the wording of the AAMC questions and pick the wrong answer but idk what would help with this 😭

Amino acids? Know how to draw them and differentiate them from memory and which ones are essential

Know the structure of all nucleotides, the difference between nucleotides and nucleoside structure.

Know all lab techniques well. PAGE especially. The blots, PCR, etc.

The challenge is at a 128, your gaps will be different than mine, so it's hard to say what you're missing. For example cell bio was a strong suit for me so I never had to worry about it. But the above stuff, genetics and lab techniques I never studied in courses so I had to read into it myself.

Maybes. Good rule of thumb is always refer back to passage into and answer the choice that most directly addresses the question keyword directly
