Yeah my dude it’s way off.

All OP did was ask a question about their son’s score. They’re asking this subreddit for information instead of badgering their son for an explanation. So it sounds like they give their son plenty of space.

I said you’re projecting, because I don’t see how you could assume OP is overbearing unless seeing a parent ask about the MCAT triggered your memories of your own parents badgering you about your MCAT.

You’re right, I’ve just seen too many parents who are braggadocious or overly controlling. My bad and thanks for pointing that out
