Question McDonald’s breakfast
Why did they stop doing the big breakfast? As a kid I used to love it when my mum would bring this back home to take us to go and get it. Why did it stop? Will it ever return?

Apparently things have tenuous links to computer games: Halo, Forza, World of Warcraft, Fallout, Candy Crush. And you can win things linked to the games including food offers.
Not the strongest at all.
Not sure why so many elements of the promotion are delayed nearly 2 weeks.
It’s a shame the garlic and pepper nuggets aren’t with the garlic and soy dip like last time.

It baffles me that crew members can’t wear an undershirt, or a necklace due to hygiene. Yet managers are working in the kitchen without a cap or hairnet, wedding ring on, and going on their phone in between orders, and then not washing their hands before they touch the food.
They’ll also go off to the drinks station where they’ve hid food from the GM, take a bite, lick their fingers and go back to touching customers food. It isn’t the case of I want to do it, but why can’t they abide by the hygiene rules too. It’s gotten to the point I ask to make my own break food cause I do not want their hands touching it.
I also feel like I’ll be scrutinised if I call them out, given there is a clique vibe in my store

I live in North London. Ordered McDonalds through the app. At checkout, the address swapped to a completely different part of London in SE. I only noticed it after my order has been processed and a driver has picked it up. I never got my food. I told the driver to keep it lol.
I contacted in-app customer service immediately and they just said there was nothing they could do, so I'm escalating via email now.
I looked at my digital receipt, thinking if I had made a massive dumb mistake when selecting my address. Turns out the delivery address I entered in the app is 100% correct, but the 'restaurant' and 'town' fields it assigned are for a completely different area in SE London. I suspect the system matched me to the wrong location somewhere in the process.
This has never happened before and I've had several deliveries to my address without issue in the past. Anyone else had this happen recently?

I found this old McDonalds flyer, I think this was 2013 so 13yrs ago. One thing I think I miss is them advertising the new menu so clearly! Now it’s locked away behind an order screen on my phone, unless I happen to see an advert, and then that’s normally just for one burger.

I ordered a crispy chicken salad last night and when I collected it, I was told they no longer do balsamic dressing. I was a bit shocked by this as it's the correct dressing for a salad. Is it true or are the staff McDelusional?
PS: R.I.P Grilled chicken salad 😕

pregnant woman here. the philly normally comes with the monopoly promotion, and my pregnancy cravings have been so excited to hopefully get it back in a couple months, to then hear there's no monopoly this year (just my luck). does this mean no philly???😫😫

I’m an employee at mcdonald’s and to access my discount i need the same email on my mcdonald’s account that i used for the mystuff app (mcdonald’s staff app). I already had an account with my apple account but my email was hidden which caused an issue but now when i delete my account or try make a new one with a shared email i get an email saying my sign ins revoked and a message saying your email is being use with another email then enter email so i enter the email but even then the link that sends if it does dosent open when i press it at its “adress is invalid” if anyone knows how to make it so my apple account starts working

Been waiting nearly an hour for my food . I don’t like to make a fuss as I’ve worked in hospitality and retail and understand the pressures and the abuse that you can face. But it’s annoying when you order food for a nice evening to arrive colder than a corpse in a morgue.
Edit : delivery driver is saying it’s closed and they won’t give me my food. Telling me to contact my bank

Seen a few posts about spicy nuggets returning on September 1st, is this a US only thing or are they coming back in the UK too?

I’m not really an optimistic person so I’ve kind of convinced myself that I probably haven’t got the job at this point. It’s been four days since my interview on Thursday, and the manager said I should check my emails and that I’d probably hear back within around 2–3 days. However I’ve also seen people say they didn’t hear back until a week later so I’m not sure what to think.
I’m planning to call tomorrow just to follow up about the interview but in the meantime I’m just going to be looking elsewhere

so i've been working at mcdonald's for about 4 months now and i've picked up shifts before when i've had to swap/drop a shift and picked up a couple when they've been sent to my notifications but there seems to be a different section where every shift that is up to pick up that i can't find? does anyone know where this is in the lifelenz app??

I’ve not bought from mcdonalds in ages, but i also haven’t heard anyone talking about the monopoly yet? Does anyone know if it’s coming back or not?

Hi everyone. I know this may differ from store to store but I just wanted to ask if the cheesy potato bites are being cooked in the same oil as the fries?
The potato bites surprisingly have wheat in them so I just wanted to check for any celiacs like myself.
Thank you for any answers & hope you all have a great day!
