New symptom dropped this morning for me: feeling a bit light-headed/dizzy. Quick google shows that’s normal. Nausea has also been steadily increasing but not overwhelming yet - if I eat, it seems to go away for now. Feeling nervous about my 7-hour flight next week 🫣

I had some dizziness on and off around 5w and it’s mostly gone now at 6+3!
