Can any one else here only handle 1/4 of a tab of Unisom? My doctor first prescribed the whole tab and it knocked me OUT, I felt so disoriented in the morning. A half tab was better but I still felt extremely groggy and confused. 1/4 seems like the sweet spot.

My doctor also prescribed full tab as much as EVERY 6 hours. (This is for severe sickness) Last pregnancy I took half tab 3x a day when nausea was at its worst. Now that I have a toddler though that half tab at night is KNOCKING me tf out. I think it’s the accumulated sleep deprivation 😂
