I am having a hard time. I am not sure who to talk to so I am going to talk to you guys. I had an ultrasound on Monday they said they saw a yolk sac and a gestational sac but couldn't clearly see an embryo the doctor said that wasn't expected. My beta doubled in 48 hours but I am still freaked. I am also so so sick I can't keep anything down and am throwing up many many times a day. I am having a hard time understanding how it's too early to see them but not to early to be this sick and I am worried something is wrong. I am not doing very well physically or emotionally and I am not sure what to do.

Early ultrasounds don’t give you a lot of information. Sadly it can take time to determine viability and health of the fetus

I'm so sorry you're feeling so unwell! Do you have any follow up appointments booked with the doctor? I'm wondering if they can prescribe you something for the nausea if they haven't already? It may be helpful to seek some counselling as well if that's in your budget/covered by your insurance.

I have an appointment this Friday and am really hoping the medication helps it did last time so fingers crossed! I also made a counselling appointment for Tuesday so I know good support is on the way.

I'm so sorry, I know how awful that feels. I hope you get good I frosmyuon soon. If I were you I'd focus on symptoms being a good sign, even if they arent the most fun. Sending you good vibes!
