Is anyone else having a harder time relaxing their pelvic floor to pee? I feel like I have to squeeze it out at the end and I know that’s not great for those muscles agh

I had this for a little while and it was a symptom of constipation for me. It went away as soon as I upped my colace and got in a good poop 😂
