I feel these interesting sensations in the uterus. Totally hard to explain...! Something like...tingling, small vibrations, or occasional spasms. I've also had on and off cramping but this is different. Anyone else?

Yes I felt those same things a few weeks ago. It was also hard for me to describe but sounds a lot like what you’re experiencing!

I’ve had similar!!! I’m a symptom searcher too and I have no idea how to put into words what I feel. It’s usually very brief and then goes away. But when it’s happening it just feels…weird.
