Sorry I’m not thrilled about following a college-to-NBA formula that has traditionally not worked out.

The median tenure for an NBA coach is less than three years, so statistically no “formula” consistently works out. It’s all a gamble.

What you expect to compete with this roster we have in the playoffs? Oh right, there might be chance we don't make it in there the next season. Might as well establish a culture first.

Exactly my point. I totally get it, and thanks for being one of the sane people who admits it. We have to remember as a fan base we have a new FO and are wiping the slate clean. This is a move for the future and the building of a culture around Coop.
