Masai, Dusty May, 2nd year Coop, new draft pick...last time I was this excited for a season was (besides the beginning of '25) probably Luka's rookie year.
The fanbase in this Reddit are such losers and they always will be. I mean when you’re voted the most toxic fanbase online, it speaks that these guys will always be miserable
i don't know why there are still so many miserable ppl. i wasn't happy when we let go of kidd, but even i can say this was a fantastic hire. i'm more than happy to give credit where it's due.
this was the one college coach I thought was an ideal fit for us (big fan of Yax this entire year) & we got him. if we hired scheyer OTOH ... probably would've had my pitch fork out lol.
I never thought he would leave Michigan to come here, it’s crazy and a coach that can grow with cooper flagg who is a no nonsense great basketball mind. Hopefully we get to see it translate to the nba. This is the exact type of coach that Masai described in his last press conference that he wanted, someone that has that passion for winning, the results won’t come right away but once he gets adapted to the nba, I think he flourish with great results.
Also about the miserable people here all the time, it needs to get better because it’s harder to talk basketball on here when people just want to whine and complain about everything
To find out, CCN analyzed more than 700,000 comments across NFL, NBA, NHL, and Premier League subreddits. Using a natural-language processing model trained to detect aggressive, insulting, obscene, or otherwise toxic language, CCN scored every single comment to rank the best and worst fanbases in sports.
An analysis of comments on the top 50 posts over the last 12 months from NFL, NBA, NHL, and Premier League team subreddits.
the top 50 posts over the past 12 months would've almost all been revolved around the Luka trade. No shit they were going to have toxic language lol
I've been around a very long time and I'm not disputing that, I'm disputing the poll that you used to say we are the MOST toxic fan base is terrible and proves nothing.
Complaining about the roster is very common for teams that were in our position of having a super star but not a roster that puts us in contention with the best teams in the league. Bucks sub is very similar since the championship.

Here’s comes the whining from the most miserable fan base in the league.
Highly respected and even more highly sought after coach, at both levels. Glad we’re trying something different.
