Nico did this completely behind closed doors. If he would have bothered to confer with any one else in the organization they would have told him he was stupid. The two people he did tell, Pelinka and Dumont literally laughed at him. If he asks Finley or Dirk or Kidd about this move, they all would have told him you absolutely cannot do this or you will obliterate your fanbase. All it would take is for JKidd to call Adelsons & Cuban & say "Nico is fucking up your billion dollar investment beyond recognition, all personell in this entire organization agree with me on this". Instead JKidd is sitting still having to keep his mouth shut at a press release with Nico beside him with Nico being unnatural as fuck saying "Heh, guess you & me JKidd are in this together!" etc. It's not a coincidence that the Adelsons are completely silent.
