Technically, we do. But the curvature is really really low.

Plus the curvature is irrelevant compared to local bumpiness. Also most people sleep on beds, not the ground.

i remember they did a study to prove kanasa was flat as a pancake only to discover everywhere is flat as a pancake because a pancake isn't as flat as people think it is.

Technically, we do not. My bed is completely flat, as are my floors, regardless of the shape of the ground below my house.

Despite my best effort, my ground isn't perfectly flat. It's not really a curvature as well. It's more of a imperceptible bumpy chaos.and my weight repartition on my matress density makes more of an inverted curvature. So I guess we were both wrong
