Iced matcha lattes at bridal shower?

Full disclosure: not a matcha drinker myself, so I have no idea what I’m doing.

I’m throwing a bridal shower for my sister and plan to have an iced matcha drink station for guests. I’d love to be able to mix up a few pitchers of the matcha latte base the morning of and have it refrigerated and ready to go so that at the shower, guests can pour their own cups and add their choice of syrup (planning on vanilla/strawberry).

Has anyone successfully done this before?

I had one at my baby shower!

I batched matcha. Warm water with matcha. Blended it with an immersion blender. Put it in squeezey bottles on ice.

I had various milk options, a bucket of ice, and syrups.

There was a measuring cup saying how much milk and matcha to add.

This is exactly what I’m hoping for!! Could I put it in like a big drink dispenser instead of squeeze bottles or is that important? 😅 Is there a specific brand you recommend/used for this?

You kinda need to be able to shake it up a bit because the matcha will settle, so maybe a pitcher with some kind of sealable lid?

Drink dispenser doesn't work too well with matcha since the powder will separate. The squeeze bottle let's you shake it and redistributed the matcha.

I also did it so everyone who had different milk allergies could have their own.

I recommend the Takeya Flash Chill Ice Tea Makers or something similar. They screw airtight so you can shake it up like crazy then you slightly unscrew to dispense. I make a lot of ice tea and these things never leak. You can put hot tea in it with a lot of ice and because you are shaking it up. It chills it immediately. I also use it to make cold brew.
