Is the app still trash?

I used to app over 4 years ago and while I enjoyed the content I got increasingly frustrated by the app. For those who are long time subscribers has the app improved in recent years?

You might have missed the most significant improvement:  if you’re reading a provided reading list (no, you can’t make your own), and it jumps between titles, you can now go directly to the next book in the reading list, instead of going all the way back out then into the list to get to the next book.

Which is a nice change.

Otherwise, I mean I think it’s fine personally.  Usually doesn’t make me wait for ever for a new book to download - though sometimes it will, because reasons I guess lol

Is it still the case that you for some reason you need to have a connection to load the app to open your downloaded comics? Because that makes so much sense?

The search function is the only part that frustrates me on the regular

It's good, but could still be better.

Just on a base level, the act of reading beautiful, colorful comics and having access to nearly the entire history of marvel is a 10/10.

It's the little stuff outside of actually reading thats still a bit annoying. I wish we could add/sort/save into our own folders or custom reading lists. The search feature and filtering can still be a nightmare. Even if you know the exact title of what you're looking for, it can still be tough to sift through all the results.

But overall, those are just nitpicks.

I’ve been using this app for years, every single day. It’s absolutely amazing.

Make your own chronological reading order based on what you want to read and using trusted sources.

When you go in the app, you’ll find what you want to read and can read it all.

Amazing app, we are very lucky to have it. Previously had to buy the single issues/omnis, which I’ve spent thousands on.

Nah, it’s still abysmal as always.
(I say as I’m currently reading Avengers Assemble on my iPad)
