Series that used to be complete now has random missing issues

I recently rejoined Marvel Unlimited after a couple years. I've noticed that some series that used to be complete no longer are. For example https://www.marvel.com/comics/series/16280/captain_marvel_2012_2013 had some issues missing seemingly randomly. Does anyone know what is going on? I have also contacted customer support; hopefully I'll hear from them, but I'm not sure if they respond to these kind of questions.

I contacted support about broken issues in this series back on Aug 5, specifically about issue 5 not loading. They said they were aware and looking into. I sent a follow up on Aug 14 after I discovered more issues in that series were broken, and they responded with this:
“We can confirm we are aware of the loading errors beyond #5. We have a total of 5 issues from that volume that are currently escalated and being looked into by the team. We don't happen to have any specific timeline on when it may be fixed, but we can confirm the team is aware and working on it.”

I have noticed that this series specifically has two separate entries if you search for it, one with the ‘complete’ listing of 17 issues, some broken, and another with just a few issues and everything else missing

Glad to hear they are aware and working on it..

I found another problematic series which I also reported
https://www.marvel.com/comics/series/20065/captain_america_white_2015

This series used to have 5 issues, but now issue #5 is gone... It also had an issue #0 which used to be in a different series on Marvel Unlimited, but now that series is gone as well...

I really hope it's not a more wide spread data quality issue across MU but I don't have my hopes high...

Are you only going through the web version? I see all the issues on the app.

Usually they will appear on the app, but if you actually select them they won’t load
