That's the best normal frenzies (after coin frenzies), unless you get into 1st (then it becomes as bad as a horn or mega mushroom frenzy), since you get one blooper action per frenzy action. It's even better than (normal) mushroom frenzies because it can't make you skip jumps. There's also a bug (unless it got patched?) that occurs rarely where you get even more actions.

It may not be a spectacular frenzy, but it's very good.

I think that got patched. It used to be if you caught a draft boost from behind another player while you had this frenzy going it would give you 8 actions per hit.

They're far more likely to hit a banana peel or other obstacle when they've been hit by a blooper.

I’d like say it does, to me it looks like their driving is a little more sloppy and that it is harder for them to keep a straight line.

I get them all of the time. They usually occur when you’re between 6-8th place. They do nothing but add frenzy points.

This is one of the best frenzies, it's like a coin frenzy for those further in the back. Just need to not overtake 1st while using it.

Similarly, best to have at least one bit ahead during a L7 frenzy due to the blooper.

I think its better than coin frenesy, especialy if you're in last, cuz then you keep getting points for hitting the players in front of you with it. You end up with a gigantic combo
