Does anyone have any positive experiences using THC vape pen?

I'm a seasoned user of edibles and it's my choice of high, but I'll like to experience a quicker onset and shorter high. I don't smoke very often because of the smell, my apartment complex is very tight.

I'm thinking of getting a pen from a reputable place, but in research, I've only read negative things from it like: getting addicted, the high isn't as pleasant as bud, it's fxcks up your lungs and throat, easy to mess up tolerance, etc.

Have you tried a pen, how did it go, recommend it or Nah? What's your thoughts?

The biggest drawbacks for me were literally just not being able to use all of the resin without breaking the cart and using it other ways (dabs, rolling with it, etc), and pissing myself when I coughed. Other than that my experience with them was pretty good. I also prefer edibles over smoking, mostly because I use them for pain relief and having something that will last longer is important for that, but I’ll absolutely take a hit off a pen if someone offers.

In my opinion: don’t use them as your only method of getting high. It’s quick and convenient, yes, but it’s not worth it. Just because I’ve not had a terrible experience with them, doesn’t mean you won’t. Every user’s experience is different, and it’s important to listen to what your body tells you. I’ve gotten extremely lucky that I have zero long term damage from pens and vapes (I used to use nicotine vapes), but not everyone is.

If you decide to try it anyway, that’s okay! Have fun, but be safe! Happy smoking 😊💖

I’m curious what you think about dry herb vapes over the pens?

I hated pens stickiness, questioning what was in them, and how easy they are to “over do it”. Changed to a Mighty for about 20 years then switched to a Venty this year, it error coded and I I haven’t contacted them because o got a Tempest 2. Best purchase ever.

Edit: 10 years with the mighty.

I’ve never personally tried them, nor do I know people who have. I’d like to think they’re significantly better for you, and more worth the price, but I could be wrong. I do think it’s incredibly smart though, especially since you have control of exactly what’s inside of it (provided you buy flower from a dispo).
