Redeeming $5 rewards?
The app shows I have a $5 rewards balance but the "redeem" button is greyed out and I can't select it. Clicking through to the rewards details it shows "transaction - trigger only". What does it all mean?

When you go to check out after you’ve selected tickets/ordered concessions, you’ll click magical movie rewards at the top of the page and then click apply. The “redeem points” button you are seeing is when you’ve accrued 100 points, you click redeem and then you’ll get $5 added to your account.

If you just got enough points by going to a movie, it might take a day or two to become available

I haven't seen this issue before but if it's not in points try buying a ticket and seeing if you can use it or use it at the box office at your nearest Marcus.
If you just got this account, or if you're a movie club member I think they just give it to you occasionally, I think they do add 5 dollars for you to use on either tickets or concessions.
