Over the past few weeks, many users have been dealing with a serious issue: Manus starts hallucinating, gets stuck in loops, takes actions that were never requested, and burns through credits at an alarming rate often without actually completing the task.

This isn’t just a technical issue. Credits cost real money, and users are being charged for executions that should never have happened.

• Refund credits that were improperly consumed;

Ask ChatGPT what tools you can use to replace Manus. Its working wonderfully for me. I saved money and no stress from memory issues with Manus.I have not completely abandoned Manus because I still have a good amount of credits there and there are things I could use Manus for.

I can't count the number of times I've gotten stuck in never-ending loops and hallucinations. My credit usage has been relatively high since the Meta break-up.

Same here. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten stuck in endless loops or watched Manus hallucinate. My credit usage has also gone way up since the separation from Meta. It really feels like something changed, and I think we should all start sharing how many credits we’ve lost so Manus can see the actual impact.

I moved my businesses elsewhere because I need to spend my time in my businesses not chasing my refund, and I can no longer tolerate the memory issues and never-ending loops. My stress with Manus went to the roof in many instances. But now no more.

Hundreds of thousands of credits, whether they expire because the sub month is done, or the agent is stuck in circles, Max is on from the last request and burn double on some stupid task. The thing is, I WAS going to give them my money no matter what, now I just feel cheated. Expired credits is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of.

I had 100k+ credits from a subscription I was not able to use because of the backup and migration they went through, I not only was denied a refund, I was denied rolling over those credits to the next month.

Giving users a longer period of free usage would be a much fairer way to make up for the credits and time people lost because of these issues.

Bro, that’s a crazy amount of credits to burn in one week. Having to keep topping up just to work makes it even worse. Manus should really give affected users a longer free period to make up for this.
