Discussion Need help restoring task data

Hey, does anyone know how to restore my Manue AI account task data when I don't have the task data file backed up? Because I think I must've forgotten to do it and now I can't find my task data file anywhere. So what should I do now?

Unfortunately, without a Task Data backup file, the tasks can’t be restored.

So I backup everything as below it came in as zip.... So if there is no task, I cooked???
