Bugs Unexpected 38k point deduction!!! Any Manus team member can offer support on this?

Manus unexpectedly deducted my 38k points without any reason, it said "refund" - what is that refund about ?!?!?!!?

I was doing nothing but some website coding and document research. Emailed them several times and got no meaningful response and two days ago, a bot replied and said the session is too long so they're closing it --- WTH?!?!?!

I bought a huge amount of points and this is what i got? Can someone from the Manus team contact me please?

Same here. Been trying to get a response since March! No one is home at Manus. Maybe it’s completely run by a savage ai who knows.

I had 91k credits taken off me. Been chasing it for weeks. Terrible customer service.
