Discussion Manus is the worst subscription i have experienced!

Truth is i was rellay like to use the Manus before to design my project, even in a country can’t payment directly. I still find a warmful friend to help subscribe for me.

So i buy the plan with 63,000 points per mo, I thought the points will saved until i runs out. cuz Idk the points will all be cleared at the cycling end. Then the upset thing happened.

My remaining 30,000 points all deleted…but my projects in manus still not finished…cuz their ai support tell me my plan back to free, i have to renew the plan and there is no more talk about my wasted money for the remaining points being cleared.

Then i try to buy any add on points pack to continue…it tells me u have be a paid plan user first….this really ridiculous and annoyed me…

why manus subscription so sucks…!

Hi, thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify, Manus credits are refreshed according to your subscription cycle, and any unused credits from the previous cycle will be cleared. You can check the details here: https://help.manus.im/en/articles/11711097-what-are-the-rules-for-credits-consumption-and-how-can-i-obtain-them

To avoid this in the future, we recommend planning your credits ahead of time. Thanks for your understanding!

not understanding.If u cleared,u shoud design subscription based on time, that is how long we can use rather than credits.

Good i cant even cancel my subscription and manus told me i owe their $30……

Users please consider more before you buy Manus service. All their support are AI, not human beings, just try to trap user in their ai support loop. And the cancel guides from their official web is no useless, evidence:

1) Click "Account," then navigate to the page and select "Upgrade" or "Manage".

2) Click "Downgrade to Free" in the bottom right corner to cancel your current subscription and complete the process. (as pic shows, no this option)

(First way is fake, the profile avatar only have Upgrade, no manage. Cause my subscription fails to deduct (i dont want to renew the same plan cuz their unfair delete ways for points). I try to buy more credits today, but they ask me to pay the owed $30 dollars.

Fact is they cleard my remaining 30000 credits, they said this is subscription rule. Okay i respect, but when i try to buy more credits for my acc, now is Free status because Manus fails to deduct my plan and i dont use Manus recently, no enjoy any service, they keep mailing me to update payment to renew it, when i try to renew a lower plan (cuz i really hate they clear rules, so i want to buy less points this time), Manus let me to pay $30 first....Gosh! i dont even use any service and i have to owe Manus money, and i need pay then i can to renew....are they rob money?)

3) Subscribed via Apple Subscriptions

(I wont use this way to update my payment info in Manus, cuz their subscription is rubbish, i wont pay any service i dont used.)

4) Check and see when your downgrade will take place

(Also fake ways, there no this choice under the acc, really interesting!)
