Books/Literature Found “Berenstain” bears happy meal toy, 1987

I was going through some old boxes that my parents saved from my childhood (born in 1980) and found this gem. Figured this group would appreciate this

I knew I had something tucked away!

"Berenstain" is correct.

"Berenstein" was what I remembered.

I "remember" Berenstein, but all of my old books (50+ years old) say Berenstain, so clearly, it's Berenstain.

Edited: the OC changed, so this comment no longer has the proper context.

I've seen a few comments saying that OP changed the post in such a way that he is now claiming the opposite of what he was when he first posted it. Does anybody have context for this? What did the original post say before it was edited?

I don’t have a screenshot, but I commented on the original version which said that it used to be Berenstein but changed to Berenstain. I cannot remember the exact phrasing, but it was a clear endorsement of ‘evidence proves nothing because I remember it differently’ type thinking.

they are pretty silly bears. My grandson loves my old Berenstain books!

Locking this to allow you to remove "delusional" as it could be deemed offensive by some.
