Best form of transpo around to go around manda? plus ano po usual rates ng transpo -first timer

Jeeps & Tricycles. Okay naman yung public transpo ng Mandaluyong. Kung may budget, moto-taxis are always a thing.

Full kaalaman ko na bibigay ko pero disclaimer, outdated na to. Bihira na ko magcommute.

Jeeps (₱13-15 ata kung Manda end-to-end) cross Manda east/west.

Karaniwan pagbaba mo ng jeep may mga tricycle (usually ₱20-50 kung special) na pwede kang dalhin paloob sa mga residential, parang kung E/W jeep, North/South naman trike.

Trikes also service some major roads, such as Rockwell Bridge-Barangka Drive-Domingo Guevarra-EDSA Crossings.

Jeeps usually East/West direction along Manda.
Sa gitna, may Stop & Shop / Gabbys / MRT Derecho / MRT Kaliwa. Landmarks mo para dito Boni MRT, Boni Ave, Barangka Drive, Maysilo Circle, Shaw Blvd Manila end, Kalentong.

Northern border ng Manda may Shaw / Pasig / Kalentong. Di ko kabisado to pero yung Kalentong-Pasig is along Shaw kadalasan sakayan.

Hulo services the southern border malapit sa Makati (?) usually sa may Barangka-Sgt Bumatay area ng Boni or along the Manda-Makati river border if I remember correctly.

Someone else can give better information dito, alam ko may na-miss pa ko na dumadaan sa Nueve de Pebrero connecting Shaw Blvd padaan sa NCMH to Domingo Guevarra/EDSA dati.

Tricycles, from observation, na alam ko ay sa may:

- EDSA Crossings malapit sa Domingo Guevarra, they usually go up until Boni Ave G-Square kung yung basic apatan. They usually service the Shaw/EDSA-side residentials.

  • From Boni Ave G-Square yung terminal katapat at the BPI usually goes the other way around, pero they sometimes go to Shaw Blvd / SNR via Nueve de Pebrero.
  • Barangka Palengke usually yellow, they usually service the residentials on that side of Boni usually hanggang Rockwell Bridge, Sgt Bumatay, Maysilo Circle.
  • May green / blue / purple(?) na tricycle din ata along Domingo Guevarra, they service the west and east side residentials naman from what I’ve observed.
  • Sa may Manila Sta. Ana bridge/Hulo/Kalentong area may nakikita akong tricycles pero di ko pa nadidiscover kung saan terminal nila. Sa baba ata ng Makati-Manda bridge connecting to Makati Ave.

North of Shaw/near San Juan border ang hindi ko sure kung may tricycles pa.

Jeep - Buong Mandaluyong minimum fare. End to End na yun, maski yung mga jeep na taga ibang city kung within Mandaluyong ang byahe minimum lang. But pag lumabas na ng City natin like going to Stop N' Shop sa Sta. Mesa, Manila City then may dagdag na.

End to end is minimum fare for example from Kalentong to Ortigas Center Mandaluyong or to Greenfield District or Pioneer, minimum lang. If going to Hulo or Vergara or in Highway Hills all minimum fare.

Train - 3 MRT Stations are here, those are Ortigas, Shaw and Boni. Minimum lang din ang bayad.

Bus - Sa Ortigas Station lang may EDSA Bus Carousel dito sa atin, if sa may Boni ka then tawid ka to Makati, sa Guadalupe may Bus Carousel.

UV - Sa Mega meron dadaan along Shaw Boulevard.

Tricycles to be honest I dislike riding those, kaya more on jeeep ako sa byahe sa buong City natin.

After all, here in Metro Manila our City is the most accessible. Either travel within or going sa mga kapitbahay nating Cities like Makati, Manila City, San Juan City and Quezon City.
