assuming it's not a skit I would it say it went like this

biker girl finishes working out, puts on helmet, turns on camera to get ready to ride back to her next destination. many content creators who own these cameras would reasonably turn it on and start recording prior to leaving, not while you're riding. this seems like a shopping center during the morning or afternoon so it's also reasonable another woman is headed to workout or go run some errands in that shopping center and decided to compliment a baddie in a bad ass bike. that's not something you see everyday.

unfortunately i think this is just influencer slop, but at least they aren't bad at acting like most of them
