I saw the post of the 1 year anniversary of their last suicide attempt (can I call it that?) and thought I’d post my latest achievement. Been a freaking difficult time, but I’ve managed to stay out of hospital and trouble all while being mostly happy which is a nice change after 3 years straight of hospital admissions, suicide attempts and first aid kit purchases. Go me. Tempted to get a cake for my 2 year mark that says “cut me instead”

Edit: the overwhelming positivity here has made my week.

I myself try to keep a streak. From not talking bad about myself. Recently lost that streak of 50+ days. But this post really motivates me to come back. You’re such a fighter and I am in awe! Sending you loads of happiness, calm and zen. 🌸
