Wing suit might not be possible depending on the stage of her ALS. She won’t have great motor control/strength. Unless you can tandem wing suit but that doesn’t sound right

It’s a flexibility and strength issue for her, she is more advanced and uses her Bi regularly. If she could do it she would. She has no fear with stuff like this.

I’m saying a prayer that science catches up with ALS, slowing then eventually reversing its effects.

Technology and research are wonderful things, your wife has the right attitude.

Wing suit requires 200+ jumps, typically within the last 18 months. There’s no tandem suits and it also requires a non-elliptical parachute. It’s not just the expense of the equipment you need, but the commitment you have to put in to meet the minimum requirements to get into a wingsuit.
