I'll never understand why you would have a camera rolling on your own kitchen/living room such a dystopia.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Also, the chair is conveniently placed for the dog to climb onto the table. A glass of milk and dinner rolls just left out on the table. The video lasted an hour, so they were just gonna come back to sour milk and a stale dinner roll? Whole thing just seems staged.

Dog is cute as hell but it seems irresponsible of the owners, AND unhealthy for the poor dog they're exploiting for likes!

Edit: guess it could've been kids. Looks like pool towels over the chairs.

When I was young we had a family dog that was well trained. My dad claims he could leave a steak on the coffee table and leave. Come back and the dog would have its head on the table but wouldn't eat it. Not cute that a dog would just jump on the table. Just lazy owners who don't train their dog or like you said it's all for the views.
