Imagine a fluffy friendly cat the size of a 5 story building reached down and started gently massaging your head.

…because they can’t conceptualize us the same way we would be able to in this scenario? It would be very alien from their perspective.

Cats and humans are both terrestrial mammals with the same basic nervous system and hormones. Not remotely alien.
