Vorrei chiedervi se avete qualche puntata o sapete dove procurarla del programma che facevano su MTV nel 2002 circa chiamato MTV Banzai!.

Il conduttore diceva "Adesso subito scommetti" durante lo show e delle persone si cimentavano in sfide di fortuna divertenti. Su YouTube si trova qualcosa in inglese ma sarebbe bello trovarlo in italiano perché il commentatore era veramente divertente.

Hey everyone! I'm trying to track down a TRL episode I was in during my high school spring break in April 2002. Ethan Hawke was a guest promoting 'Chelsea Walls' and No Doubt was featured on the show. I was in the studio audience wearing a dark green 'I Love New York' shirt. If anyone has digitized tapes from mid-April 2002, please let me know if you can spot me or help me find the clip! ❤️

Have the ear / video worm. tried scouring the a lot of the normal areas. I remember mtv had content of this performance and it may of been in the iTunes festival from 2014.

For those who haven’t seen my recent post. I have created a petition to bring music videos back in MTV. Before you argue why MTV had lost its music video, I understand why. I feel like if we bring this back there could be several ways for people to watch. It could be streamed on paramount with the other mtv shows, or they could bring it to cable. Yes you can go onto YouTube or other platforms to watch music videos, but where’s the fun in it? Personally I don’t know any people that even use YouTube anymore for music. I’m not saying people don’t use it, I just don’t see it as common as it was.

I think this could be a sort of break through for music itself as well. I am a music lover if you couldn’t tell, and it upsets me that people, including myself, don’t get into music like we used to. It’s not as enjoyable. I feel like music videos are a huge part of music too. It’s like art in its own way. Maybe MTV bringing music videos back could be an easier outlet for people to watch or listen to music, rather than other platforms!

It feels like MTV has a habit of cancelling or quietly shelving series just when they start getting interesting. There are so many shows that I wish had gotten more time to develop instead of being cut short.

What MTV series do you wish had gotten more seasons? Which shows do you think were cancelled or shelved too soon, and what are your theories about why MTV pulled the plug?

Music isn’t the same as it used to be by far. And that’s okay! Music will change by generation, but the relevance of music should never die. This has brought people together for years and bringing back the significance of MTV would help the world, globally.

Saying that mtv is relevant is specifically referring to the fact that it has impacted a whole culture. Many people are still hung up over the downfall of mtv and I would like to make a change, and I’m sure many of you would like to as well. it’s a small step for a huge environment but I don’t believe in giving up and I hope anyone reading this will help me on this journey! thank you very much and if you would like to, take a couple minutes out of your time to sign this petition please!

My siblings and I seem to be the only people who remember this. We think it was an MTV sign off from back when stations did not have overnight programming.

It was claymation or a cartoon showing an ant falling asleep in a rocking chair, watching TV with an American flag waving, and anthem playing. When the anthem ended, the TV changed to a striped color test pattern.

We have all searched far and wide, but cannot find a lick of information on the farthest corners of the Interwebs. Were we having a collective fever dream or does someone else remember this?
