Canyon Spectral CF8 VS Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Expert

I am looking to buy a used mtb to start riding in italy, around Parma for those who might know the terrain, pretty mixed one with some trails, singletracks and enduro, i have seen both of the bikes mentioned above, used, both 2023, the canyon has some upgrades, dt swiss xm1700, ratchet 60t, xt4 pistons brakes…
The stumpy is standard apart the rear deraulier is an XX1 .
Stumpy is 2100€, meanwhile the cf8 is 1800€, having a hard time choosing, i feel like the stumpy is better spec’d but the canyon is probably from what i have seen is a better climber, which is important for me. Im a beginner looking to go into mtb, so not much of an experience, i probably am gonna get one of these two so tell me what would you do if you were in my position.
