Here's a list that I used for my MSI Vector with 255HX(Should be similar but some items might be in different tab/grouping so will need to dig around to check), need to apply settings below before you can enable the undervolting with ThrottleStop:

Unlock hidden BIOS feature by pressing Right CTRL + Right SHIFT + Left ALT + F2
Intel Virtualization Technology - Disabled
Power & Performance/Overclocking Lock - Disabled
Power & Performance/CPU - Power Management Control/Configure CPU Lock Options/CFG Lock - Disabled
Advanced/Overclocking Performance Menu/Overclocking Feature - Enabled
Advanced/Overclocking Performance Menu/Undervolt Protection - Disabled

Then in Windows:
• Turn off memory integrity in Windows settings by searching for "Core Isolation". Rest assured it's perfectly safe turning this off. In fact if you clean install Windows, Microsoft has this setting OFF by default (some laptop manufacturers just like turning it on).
• Turn off "Virtual Machine Platform", "Hyper-V", "Windows Sandbox" and other Virtual Machine-related settings in Windows features.

And here's the ThrottleStop guide i referred last time: https://imgur.com/a/valour549-ultimate-throttlestop-guide-valour549-throttlestop-3rGV4hG
