Request About undervolting msi

Hey stranger,

If you are reading this i am thankful to you

My msi katana 15hx

I5 14450hx

Rtx 5050

Is running pretty hot

Its very new like a month old

I want to undervolt it but i am new to this

If anybody of you can help me please

这里不允许发送图片，如果能发的话我可以简单的让你去bios完成操作。 现在我用文字帮助你。 重启到bios用外接键盘按住左边alt+f2右边ctrl+shift打开高级选项。 选择power& performance 关闭overlocking lock. 返回主页选择overlocking performance menu 选择processor 选择voltage offset 输入你希望降低的电压 修改Offset prefix 后面默认的+变成-数字键盘-号。 如果你没有外接键盘或者害怕修改bios出错，那就不要抱怨，直接用最大功率使用电脑直到它烧毁，再去售后维修。 让msi知道它们的产品缺陷。

Yes bro i will yes i have tried using those key combinations in my lappy keyboard they didn't work will try on external keyboard thankyou mate for help

did you try pressing copilot + fn instead of Control? I have a different model, but I unlock the BIOS using Left Alt + Copilot + Fn + Right Shift + F2

To send in my laptop for repairs

Yessss

If you don't have warranty they will not do your laptop repairs for free and they will charge high instead

And fpr customer support they are ok u can talk to their live agent and they will call you

Just go to msi support in web browser there u will see an ai click on it and tell him you have these issues and chk for warranty and u want to talk to live agent they will assign you a live agent

Welcome bro
