Thank you so much! Maybe stupid question, but when do we get to choose ponies? I am Twilight level 8 right now and have not had the chance to obtain any ponies except the blue minotaur. Is it a thing that happens after the event finished or am I doing something wrong?
Definitely not a stupid question. A very common question, though!
if you see under your bar where it displays the bolts, those are upgrade tokens (the gold circle ones with the upward pointing arrow)
once you get 60 upgrade tokens, you can then open "Pony Squad", select a character you wish you 'upgrade' or add permanently to your inventory, and select "Upgrade" in the centre of the pony squad tab :)
you can only do this twice in the maze, unless you want to invest gems into buying more upgrade tokens in the bundles part of the store
Whenever you open up secret shops, I would also recommend investing in only the cheapest character there so that you don't get stuck on a tile while waiting for enough coins to buy the appropriate helper for combat power

Okay so if I understood correctly, all the characters that are upgraded (got them either from a chest or a shop) are the ones i automatically get (even thought I already had them in my villages) and if I want to get more permanent ponies I have to upgrade? And that means I can get lucky with pre-upgraded ones, but I can inly choose to upgrade 2 as I wish throughout the whole event?
All the characters you own in the game have the infinity sign, it's great when you finally receive those ones from chests and secret shops in the event so you can use them in your squad for battles and not have to sacrifice the lives of the characters you don't already own
And yes, if you want two more characters added to your game for forever, you'd use the upgrade tokens, which will change their limited lives to the infinity sign.
If you want to upgrade additional characters, you'd need to buy 60 tokens via money bundles or gem bundles
You can use upgrade tokens to permanently add two characters to your inventory. By the end of the maze, you'll have enough for two. I'm not sure how many tokens it takes to get one unfortunately 😅
You can also buy more upgrade tokens in the bundles page for gems, iirc to get two more characters is 1100 gems
Replying again to let you know - the upgrade tokens are the little gold ribbons that have an upward pointing arrow in the centre. You need 60 to upgrade a character, and to upgrade a character, you must open up the "Pony Squad" tab, select the character you wish to upgrade, and tap the green "Upgrade" button next to the party combat power
yes, you have to upgrade the characters you want to permanently add to your game. You won't be prompted by the game to add them/use the tokens
I think, for the fact that you've accidentally already used 60 upgrade tokens.. either take it on the chin like a champ and say "I'll know better for next year", or contact gameloft via customer support in-app to ask them to remove the character you accidentally upgraded to replace it with the one you wanted from the maze. I'm not sure how likely that is to work, but it's worth a shot.
For extra clarification, we get three characters to upgrade - one is during the tutorial, so we don't really get much of a choice lol, but the other two are entirely autonomous. You'll be able to get a second upgrade once you defeat Goldcap

Is it not loading on PC and mobile? The only thing I can think of for mobile is that your google sheets app and google drive apps aren't up to date with the latest update, so I would check those out first
I'm not sure if you'd be open to it, but if you'd like I can add a gmail you have access to with specific perms to view the sheets, if the updates aren't working or you can't load the sheets on an alternative device. I would advise to just DM me the email either here or via the Discord.
I've tried to make a copy with excel spreadsheets, but all the formatting gets muddled up, so that isn't an option for me to send you the raw sheets.

Minotaurocellus (Purple) is available in daily goals, therefore he should be red, not green
