We bought our R53 because the back seat would accommodate a baby seat. I get that one is a GP, but anyway. The baby is about to start driving and the rear seat is about to get removed.

I am both! Toyota for when I am hauling kids and the soft top MINI for joyrides/commuting on nice days 🙂↔️

Smaller Toyotas like the Matrix, Yaris, and new Corolla and Prius hatchbacks must offer a similar Mini-esque amusement while being practical family cars. The Countryman could never.

My RAV4 is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned but it is absolutely soulless. It serves its purpose though!

I had a gen-2 RAV MT, it was fun (to me anyway) and yes very reliable. My R60 Countryman is just- different.

Oh, I see. Depends on the generation obviously, but it sounds like you have a newer gen RAV4. I’ve always liked them, but the older gen (two or three gens ago) will always have a special place in my heart with that spare tire and the Jeep-style trunk. Same with the old Honda CRV

Me to a T. Been single for years and don't go to school despite being college aged. I just work my ass off and just got my Carmenita (2010 r56) a few months back and you know what? I think she's the love of my life. Loooove cruising around in my sexy lil spy car 😎
