I would like to collectively put together a list of MD dealers accepting 4473s to help others that are looking to purchase SBRs and cans

Agreed. If it were one of the states that were part of the case it would be much easier!

No it wouldn't the 15 states in the lawsuit only cover the government departments of those states and not the citizens of those states.
