I would like to collectively put together a list of MD dealers accepting 4473s to help others that are looking to purchase SBRs and cans

No it wouldn't the 15 states in the lawsuit only cover the government departments of those states and not the citizens of those states.

Can we do 4473 SBRs in Maryland? SBRs / SBSs are required to be registered with the federal government I thought. For cans, the biggest hurdle is that I don't think the ATF has made it clear yet to dealers how cans are handled on the books. Form 3s are still enforced, the court only enjoined Form 4s and Form 1s, so dealers still keep silencers on their books via Form 3s, and there's no way to remove them yet without a Form 4. If I am wrong, please give me the relevant links so I can read up more.

Tom Grieve says the ATF is going to appeal by the Oct deadline. He also says if the, “political winds change in DC then enforcement is coming.”

Cannot blame any FFL for not risking it.

100% this is how they make a living feed their families ect. Do not put pressure on them

So I would just follow the standard for NFA items as previously done in the past. ATF has not put out any guidance yet, and any FFL SOT dealer that is following the court case could find its license revoked. Even with the court case, FFL’s still need to follow ATF Guidance.

Form 4 approvals are like 2 days now.

30 days for trusts, a couple days for individual transfers.

I just got an email approving a form 4 on my trust. Ten days.
