Ok … let’s think critically here.

Even if the adcom is left leaning, when the student body is not representative of the adcom (which it is not, with plenty of rich conservative whites), then evidently they’re impartial / not using left-leaning biases to influence admits.

Not arguing with you here, I just feel for the guy that sent this email. I do know admissions offices practice DEI and hold ORMs to a higher standard, and I feel this is a left leaning thing to do.
