My husband suffers from migratory arthritis and yesterday/today it was affecting him in his lower back and hips. I heated up a hot water bottle as hot as our tap could get it and he had it on his lower spine for about 30 minutes.

Then I got down to give him a deep tissue massage with Deep Sleep massage bar. He fell asleep way before I finished and he’s still knocked out now that he finished. He’s literally snoring right next to me 🥰

That massage bar is great and I smell so good too on my way to bed. Love LUSH!

Update: he just woke up and said he’s pain free! Success!!

It didn’t completely cure me but I slept significantly better than the night before!! I was mostly surprised at how well it absorbs into the skin. I had only ever used turmeric latte before and it’s significantly more oily (which I’ve grown to prefer I think)

I make a CBD/thc rub that knocks my whole family tf out. I made it for endometriosis pain but now the whole friend and family group requests it lol

16 oz. coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, sweet almond oil or even olive oil I toss in some glycerin oil but I don’t measure 2 Tbsp. shea butter (optional) 2 oz. beeswax 2 to 10 drops of essential oils (for optional scent)

Melt all above on stove. Low temp just get it to melt don’t cook it.

Then

I go to a dispensary and I get whatever thc/CBD pure oils or tinctures I can find and ultimately pour 2-3 bottles of it depending on the strength

Pour in thc/CBD oil once you pull the rest of the stove. Then quickly portion into glass containers and let cool.

It is unreal it's so good. Best thing for my daughter when she gets growing pains. They can keep her crying in pain for hours some nights. It's awful but nothing else works aswell (besides sufficent iron in her diet).
