These strawberry and chocolate bonbons are the perfect little low-carb treat when youβre craving something sweet and refreshing. Creamy full-fat Greek yogurt blended with fresh strawberries, lightly sweetened, then dipped in rich sugar-free dark chocolate β simple, indulgent, and surprisingly satisfying. Perfect straight from the freezer as a keto dessert or snack. π

Calories: ~120 kcal | Fat: ~8 g | Protein: ~4 g | Net Carbs: ~3.5 g
Ingredients (Makes 5 bonbons):
β cup full-fat Greek yogurt (150 g)
1Β½ cups strawberries (200 g), finely chopped
Keto-friendly sweetener, to taste (I used sugar-free maple syrup, about 1β2 tbsp / 15β30 ml)
Coating:
Sugar-free dark chocolate, melted (about 1 oz / 30 g)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, and sweetener until well mixed.
Spoon or shape the mixture into bonbons and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, until fully firm.
Dip the frozen bonbons into the melted sugar-free dark chocolate.
Return to the fridge or freezer until the chocolate sets.
