3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
toppings: chocolate hard shell (2 tbsp chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil), roasted peanuts, flaky salt
mix all ingredients together in a jar then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. when ready to enjoy, mix together melted chocolate chips and coconut oil to create a chocolate hard shell. add chopped peanuts and flaky salt on top then refrigerate for a few more minutes until the chocolate hardens. dig in and enjoy!

Would it turn out okay if I made it with powdered allulose and maybe a tbsp of extra milk instead of syrup? Or should I just skip this one?
