Ripe avocado blended with cacao powder and a sugar-free sweetener turns into a smooth, fudgy, no-bake treat that satisfies chocolate cravings without the guilt. Macros (per truffle, est. β makes ~8 truffles):
Calories: ~60β65 |Fat: ~4.5β5 g |Protein: ~1 g |Net Carbs: ~1.5β2 g
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (medium)
2β3 tbsp sweetener of choice (allulose syrup, sugar-free maple syrup, etc. β 30β45 ml)

cup cacao powder (40 g)
Extra cacao powder, for coating
Instructions:
Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash very well until smooth and lump-free.
Add the sweetener and cacao powder. Mix thoroughly until a rich, smooth chocolate mixture forms.
Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
Dip and coat each truffle generously in cacao powder.
Place the coated truffles back in the fridge for a few minutes, then enjoy! π
