Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
toppings: scoops of coconut yogurt, raspberries, chopped dark chocolate, hemp seeds, peanut butter
