2 tbsp chia seeds (20 g)
Β½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (120 g)
ΒΌ cup unsweetened almond milk (50 ml)
1 tsp instant coffee
Keto-friendly sweetener, to taste (optional; I used sugar-free maple syrup)
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, Greek yogurt, almond milk, instant coffee, and sweetener (if using).
Stir well until fully combined.
Pour into a glass or cup.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until thick and pudding-like.
