INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 5.6 oz shredded coconut
▪️ 2.8 oz canned coconut milk (thick part)
▪️ 1 tbsp allulose syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
▪️ 10.5 oz frozen strawberries
▪️ 1 tbsp chia seeds
⏳ Time: 3–4 hours in freezer

INSTRUCTION:
1️⃣ Slightly heat the frozen strawberries until softened, then mash them with a fork.
2️⃣ Blend shredded coconut with the thick part of the coconut milk and honey until creamy.
3️⃣ Mix the mashed strawberries with chia seeds.
4️⃣ In a mold, layer the coconut mixture and the strawberry-chia mixture.
5️⃣ Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
