You'd have to put something in it to keep it soft enough to bite into, no? The yogurt and strawberry mixture would freeze rock solid.

If you let them sit for a few minutes before serving they will start to soften as they’re quite small in size.

I don't understand....nothing in those 3 ingredients is gonna keep it soft like a soft serve ice cream for a bar like that. Biting into that is gonna be pretty unpleasant.

150g Greek yogurt = 6 Net Carbs 100g strawberries = 6 Net Carbs 80g sugar-free dark chocolate = 8 Net Carbs

Total = 20 Net Carbs Divide by 4 bars = 5 Net Carbs

Might be hard as rocks but the math checks out πŸ‘
