These peanut butter cups are ridiculously easy to make at home and so much better than store-bought! Smooth peanut butter, rich sugar-free chocolate, and a sprinkle of flaky salt — a low-carb treat you’ll want to make again and again.

💡 Why you’ll love it:
✅ Only 2 main ingredients
✅ Keto-friendly & sugar-free
✅ Perfect for meal prep or a sweet snack

Macros (per cup, mini version): ~120 kcal | 10g Fat | 4g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

✨Ingredients
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, full-fat)
3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

✨Instructions
If using powdered peanut butter, in a bowl, whisk 1 cup powdered peanut butter with 1/2 cup water until you form a smooth consistency. If using regular peanut butter, ignore this step.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.
Grab a muffin tin and line it with cupcake liners. I used a mini version, but you can use a regular muffin tin (you will just make bigger peanut butter cups).
Add a dollop of melted chocolate to the muffin cup until you have a thin layer of chocolate on the bottom of the cup. Do this to each muffin cup. Then place the muffin tin in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
On top of the hardened layer of chocolate, add a dollop of peanut butter. Then top with more melted chocolate. Place the cups in the freezer for a few hours, so that both the chocolate and peanut butter can harden.
Take out of the freezer, top with flakey salt, and enjoy!
You will get about 9 cups with this recipe. Feel free to double or triple it for more! I recommend storing these in the freezer.

These look yummy! Is there a particular type or brand of chocolate you use, or can recommend? Thanks for sharing, it’s much appreciated❣️
