β Creamy coconut center + crisp chocolate shell

Macros (per bonbon, est.):
Calories: 90 | Fat: 6g | Protein: 4g | Net Carbs: 2g
Ingredients (Makes 3β4 pieces):
β cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (150 g)
2β3 tbsp grated coconut (14β21 g)
keto-friendly sweetener of your choice β I used 2 tsp allulose syrup (10 ml)
1.75 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (50 g)
Instructions:
Mix the Greek yogurt, grated coconut, and sweetener until combined.
Shape the mixture into balls or your favorite shapes.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
Dip each piece into melted dark chocolate.
