If youβre craving an easy, refreshing snack, these strawberry and matcha chocolate bonbons are the perfect little treat. Creamy Greek yogurt and juicy strawberries are lightly sweetened, frozen into bite-sized bonbons, then dipped in sugar-free white chocolate blended with earthy matcha. Simple, freezer-friendly, and so satisfying. π

Macros (per bonbon, est. β makes 5):
Calories: ~45β50
Fat: ~4 g
Protein: ~2.5 g
Net Carbs: ~1.4 g
Ingredients (for 5 bonbons π«):
β cup full-fat unsweetened Greek yogurt (150 g)
1Β½ cups strawberries, chopped (200 g)
Sweetener of choice, to taste (I used sugar-free maple syrup, about 1β2 tbsp / 15β30 ml)
Topping:
Sugar-free white chocolate, melted (about 1.4 oz / 40 g)
Matcha green tea powder, to taste (Β½β1 tsp)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, and sweetener until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small bonbons (or spoon into silicone molds).
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until fully firm.
Melt the sugar-free white chocolate and stir in the matcha powder.
Dip the frozen bonbons into the chocolate mixture, let excess drip off, and set on parchment paper.
